After issuing a 21 Day Complain Free Challeng. First Lady speaks with a group of people talking on the challenges they have faced 7 days into the program.
I accepted the challenge on this past Sunday and I must admit it is truly just that a challenge! I Enjoyed listening to your seminar via skype and I am encouraged more than ever to complete the challenge!
This challenge has opened my eyes and let me know that I actually complain and whine more than I thought I did. It is very easy to point out when everybody else is doing it but when its you sometimes we dont even know were doing it. For instance the other day at work we were talking about one of the vendors we use and a few employees were saying how this company is always behind or messing up shipments and just like that I jumped in with my two cents. This 21 days might take a long time but I am determined to make it!
The minute I got home from church Sunday after doing the talk show the DEVIL tried to stop me from completing my 1st day. I had to just keep telling myself Grin and Bare so my mind wouldn’t say what I wouldn’t let my mouth. My mind is my biggest struggle with this challenge. I just have to put on my headphones and drown everything out. I’m hoping it gets easier because this is a Challenge I am determined to accomplish at all cost.
It has been day eleven for me. I had a really hard time today. I was put in a situation that I thought I could not solve or get out of without having a meltdown, and I almost had to switch my bracelet to the other arm but I remembered some of the things that Bishop said in his message and different scriptures came to me as I almost gave up. Words such as, “Put a positive spin on a negative situation”, “Declare the Name in your circumstance and it will get better by and by”, ” Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but God delivers us from them all”, and “on a bad day God is still good”. I had an intimate moment with God at that time and felt so much better. He was with me from the beginning but just wanted me to come to Him myself, and when I did He showed up and I felt His presence. THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!!
